PS - I stopped learning Talmud 15 years ago at the time I left Yeshiva. I was never satisfied and never really enjoyed how Talmud was taught and how I was trained to learn it.

When the Koren Talmud Bavli was first published last year I opened up a Talmud Berakhot that my brother-in-law purchased - mostly out of curiosity. I was instantly hooked. My spark for Talmud learning was ignited for the first time in my life. Since then I have completed Berakhot and Shabbat, I am on the last chapter of Pesahim, and I started learning Ta'anit with my son.

The translation, layout, break down of the text into manageable sections, background, Halacha, notes, etc. have made the learning process a most positive, enjoyable, and fruitful experience.

I would be remiss if I did not express my thanks to Koren Publishers for their amazing work. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to come across your publishing company several years ago and have been an avid supporter since. I have been davening with the Koren Siddur (Sephardi) and reading from your Tanakh for a number of years now and it has deeply enriched my own religious observance in a way that I have not been able to find with artscroll or with JTS publications.

I am very excited to begin my journey through the Talmud with Koren publications and hope and pray that over the next few years that Ha'shem will continue to give me light and understanding as I dive into the deep sea of Talmud and Jewish learning.

Thank you for bringing such an amazing edition of the Talmud to the world! It is just amazing. Specially for those of us with bad hebrew and no aramaic!

I live in a chassidic community, and Boruch Hashem have an extensive knowledge in most areas of shas, still this brachot volume and the wonderful job you guys have done, keeps me attached to it, and I cant take it off my hands.

It gave me new insight to learning, to teaching.

…Thank you for these wonderful Talmud volumes!!! They continue to bring me insight, learnings, and inspiration along with a wonderful daily connection with my mother through our Daf Yomi studies. Last weekend, we were in Seattle together to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday and the three of us read Daf Yomi aloud to one another three days in a row.

I hope I can adequately explain how nice it is to interact with people who know what they are doing… all is right with the world. Please have a happy purim and thanks again for all your kind assistance.
